In addition to the Sacramental Records for the current Cathedral Parish, the we also store the Sacramental Records for the four old Oakland parishes which were absorbed by the Cathedral in 2008: St. Francis de Sales, St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, St. Joseph, & St. Andrew. It is VERY IMPORTANT that all requests for sacramental records indicate the name of the parish where the ceremonies took place. For sacraments not celebrated at the aforementioned parishes, please contact the respective parish where the celebration occurred.
To obtain Sacramental Records for yourself or your child, please use the form to the right. To help us find the appropriate records, please give as much information as possible, according to the following guidelines.

We only release sacramental records to persons seeking their own records, or to parents/legal guardians/custodians of children seeking their records for sacramental purposes. If you are seeking records for persons other than yourself or persons under your legal custody, we require written notarized authorization from the person whose records are sought.
