Confirmation

Teens in high school (typically during freshman & sophomore year) may choose to journey toward the Sacrament of Confirmation. 

Interested teens need to be registered (parents are registered), active parishioners at the cathedral.

The teen is then invited to meet Fr. Brandon after Sunday Mass and inquire about receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation.  During that conversation, Father Brandon can determine where the teen is on their faith journey and how we can walk with them and their parents.

First year Confirmation candidates and their parents start the journey with Cathedral 101 welcome meeting.  Then both parents and candidates journey on the 8 week Rescue Project which meets once a week on Sundays.

The Adult Confirmation program assists those who are already baptized and have received Holy Communion but have yet to complete their Initiation through the Sacrament of Confirmation.
